Is the first message meant to contain my whole story?
No. A short account and the main question are enough to begin arranging the appointment.
Where are the fees and session lengths listed?
Contact us for the current fee and duration, and confirm what the proposed appointment includes before booking.
Can I choose a written appointment?
Chat is offered alongside video. Mention the format you prefer when enquiring.
