Start with one sentence: “I am booking because...” Finish it without using astrology terms. A job offer needs a response. A marriage discussion has stalled. Something in an earlier reading did not make sense. That sentence gives the appointment a subject.
Then gather the information that belongs to it. You do not need a perfect account of your life.
Give uncertain information an honest label
A time on a birth record and a relative’s memory are different sources. Keep that distinction when you send the details. “Early morning” should not turn into an exact time simply because a form has a space for one.
Write the month in words if a numeric date could be read two ways. Include the region and country with the birthplace, especially where another town has the same name. You can provide relevant information without sending an entire identity document.
If the time is unknown, mention it before the astrology consultation. Some chart interpretations depend more closely on precise birth information than others. The proposed scope should be clear before you book.
Choose a question that has something to work with
“What will happen to my career?” is a large subject. “I have an offer that means moving, and I need to reply this month” gives the discussion a decision and a deadline. Include the part that makes the choice difficult, such as the effect on a partner or family member.
A relationship question also benefits from being specific. Are you discussing compatibility, planning a wedding, or unsure whether both people want to continue? Those are different appointments. Say which one is yours.
If several concerns connect
Keep the connection. A move may affect work and marriage at the same time. You do not have to pretend there is only one subject; put the more urgent decision first and mention the others when booking.
A timeline is often easier to follow than a message archive
Note what changed and when. Two or three relevant dates may explain more than a long account that moves between different years. Distinguish what you know directly from what someone else has suggested.
For a relationship appointment, share another person’s birth details or private information only with their permission. An individual session can begin with your own circumstances. A joint session should be something both people want.
Confirm the booking before planning around it
Know the agreed format and length. Check the fee and what it includes, particularly if you expect written notes, a follow-up, or discussion of a separate spiritual practice. None of those should be left to assumption.
Ask how payment and rescheduling work before making plans around the appointment. Keep a record of the details agreed.
Astrologer Raj Joshi offers appointments from 8 AM to 8 PM in the client’s local time across the USA, UK, Canada, and UAE, subject to confirmation. Send the city where you will actually take part. If someone joins from another country, each person needs the date and local time confirmed.
For a visit, get the venue and appointment agreed before travelling. A page describing an area served is not a walk-in address.
Set up the conversation in a way that suits you
Video offers a spoken exchange. Chat may suit someone who finds it easier to write the background or cannot speak privately at home. Choose the format that lets you communicate comfortably.
Keep the main question nearby. For a call, check the connection and choose somewhere you can hear without repeatedly stepping away. You can make notes, but you do not need to write every word to take part.
Ask while the point is being explained
An unfamiliar term is a reason to pause. Which chart factor is being discussed? How does it relate to the question you brought? What depends on information that is uncertain?
If the session includes intuitive reflection, distinguish that from the chart-based explanation. Say when a point does not fit your circumstances. Agreement with every statement is not a requirement.
Keep the reading and the remaining facts separate
After an astrology consultation, you may still need an employer’s terms, a partner’s answer, or a family agreement. Those facts need to come from the people involved. Notes from the session can help you remember what was interpreted and what still needs checking.
If further spiritual work is proposed, understand its purpose and arrangements before deciding. A reading and an additional purchase are separate choices.
A few questions before booking
How many questions should I prepare?
Start with the one that matters most. Keep two or three related questions nearby and mention the subjects when arranging the session.
Can I book without knowing any astrology?
Yes. Ordinary language is enough to describe the situation. The relevant terms can be explained during the appointment.
Do I need to obtain materials beforehand?
Not just to prepare for a reading. Any proposed item should have a clear purpose and cost before you decide to obtain it.
Can I begin on my own if the concern involves my partner?
Yes. A private session can focus on your own chart and circumstances. Shared participation can be considered later with agreement.
